When we decided to build a house we had no doubt in our mind that we would go through St. Rosa Lumber because of our previous experiences with them as well as being a family friend. Working with Jason as the general contractor was amazing. We had heard many stories from others that went elsewhere about how stressful their experiences were building. We did not experience that at all. Their team and employees were amazing. Everything occurred right on time, there was never delays, and the job site was always clean and safe. St Rosa Lumber and Arnzen Construction did an outstanding job designing and building our lake home. Beginning with the design process through construction they were easy to work with and offered excellent ideas to enhance our home.
